Grow Your Business on eBay Express
eBay Express Selling Checklist
If you’re eligible to become an eBay Express merchant, use this checklist to have your eBay.com listings appear on eBay Express.

Seller Criteria
  • Maintain a feedback score of 100 or more, 98% positive or better
  • Maintain a public feedback profile
  • Support your listings with a PayPal Premier or PayPal Business account. Ensure your PayPal account settings are set to accept payments from unconfirmed addresses or make sale-by-sale decisions.
  • Be registered as a U.S. registered seller, or Canadian registered seller shipping from the U.S.
Listing Criteria for eBay.com
  • List using any of the following formats: Fixed Price, Store Inventory, or Auction-style with Buy It Now.
  • Fill in the item condition field in Item Specifics, using pre-defined values such as New or Used (some categories exempt).
  • Use Pre-Filled Item Information for listings within Books, DVDs & Movies, Music, and Video Games.
  • Include shipping costs (flat, calculated or free) in the shipping fields.
  • Provide a picture (some categories exempt).
  • Allow shoppers to purchase multiple items with single payments. Specify this on the Preferences page within My eBay. Look for the Shipping and discounts section.
  • Use eBay checkout or the new checkout integration API (for 3rd party order processing).
  • Items must be located in the US.
  • Individual items must not exceed $10,000.00.
Listing Criteria for Half.com
  • List on Half.com.
  • Choose to show your Half.com listings on eBay Express.
Category Criteria for eBay.com
Most eBay.com categories are included in eBay Express. The categories included on eBay Express are updated frequently. For an up-to-date list, please see the complete list of category criteria and exceptions.
Check for Eligibility
You have three options for viewing eligibility:
  • Check the eligibility of your selling account and any individual listing by using the eBay Express Eligibility tool .
  • Use My eBay on eBay.com to view which of your listings are on eBay and eBay Express. In the Items I'm Selling section, click the "Customize Display" link and add Listed On as a viewable column.
  • Visit your Items for sale page to view all of your eligible listings as they appear on eBay Express. Then replace “youruserid” with your eBay User ID.
