If you've already purchased your item and it's been more than a week after you were expecting your order, you should contact the merchant directly. To contact the merchant for delivery or tracking status:
  • Click the merchant’s User ID located in the Merchant Information section of the Item page. Then click the “Contact this merchant” link on the Merchant Profile.
  • Click the "Your Account" link at the top of most pages and follow these steps:
    1. Click the "View Order Details" link in the Order History section (must be signed in to your account).
    2. Click the “Contact Merchant” link to send the merchant an email.
Note: If you order from more than one merchant, your items may arrive on different days.
Registering
eBay.com members
If you’re registered on eBay.com, you can use your eBay User ID and password on eBay Express.com. You do not need to register again.
How to register
If you’re not registered on eBay.com, you’ll need to register for an account on eBayExpress.com. Follow these steps:
  1. Click “Your Account” at the top of any page.
  2. On the next page, click the Continue button under the New to eBay? heading.
  3. Enter your information (one page) and complete the process by selecting the Register button.
Lost password or User ID
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it in a few steps:
  • Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the Sign In page.
  • You’ll be prompted to enter your User ID then your ZIP code and phone number to verify your identity.
  • We’ll send an email to the email address you provided at registration.
  • To complete the process:
    1. Check your email account.
    2. Click the link in the email, which will take you to our Create Your New Password page.
To recover your User ID, follow these steps:
  • Click the “Forgot User ID?” link on the Sign In page.
  • You’ll be prompted to enter and confirm your email address.
  • We’ll send an email to you with your User ID.
If you no longer have access to this email account, please register again to create a User ID and password.
You can contact the merchant two ways:
  • Click the merchant’s User ID located in the Merchant Information section of the Item Page. Then click the “Contact this merchant” link on the Merchant Profile.
  • If you have already ordered an item, you may also contact a merchant by clicking the "Your Account" link at the top of most pages and following these steps:
    1. Click the "View Order Details" link in the Order History section.
    2. Click the “Contact Merchant” link to send the merchant an email.
All payments on eBay Express are processed by PayPal even credit card payments. We keep your financial information safe by using industry-leading technology to protect your purchases. We won't share your financial information with any merchant, and your payment information will remain private.
Here are some tips for finding items quickly:
Keyword searches
Use keywords that best fit the item you’re looking for--you can include brand names, product types, or other descriptive features. For example, you might search for “ladies running shoes size 8.”
Narrow your search results by brand, style, price, and more options.
Browse by category
Browse by category, for example, Consumer Electronics. We list the most popular categories at the top with a quick way to see all categories. For example, if you click the Consumer Electronics tab, located at the top of every eBay Express page, you’ll see categories such as Televisions & Home Video along with a list of subcategories like DVD Players and Recorders.

Your listings will appear on eBay Express at no additional cost, and you will not pay extra fees for eBay Express sales; the total fee for selling an item on our site or the initial listing site is the same.
Your qualified listings automatically appear on eBay Express. You don't need to list your inventory twice, or change the way you list your items.
eBay Express checks user accounts every week to determine if your merchant account meets our eligibility requirements. If you’re eligible, your new listings will show on eBay Express as soon as they show on eBay.com. Existing, active listings may take up to another week from the moment you’re eligible to appear on eBay Express.
To view your listings and sales on eBay Express visit the Items for sale page at http://www.ebayexpress.com/merchant/youruserid and replace “youruserid” with your eBay User ID.
For example, if your User ID is merchant111, you can view your selling information here: http://search.express.ebay.com/merchant/merchant111
You can also use My eBay to show eBay Express listings and sales. In the Items I'm Selling section, click the "Customize Display" link and add Listed On as a viewable column.
Shoppers familiar with the e-commerce experience often have purchases shipped to more than one address. We allow buyers to have their purchases shipped to unconfirmed addresses that are not the shopper’s billing addresses.
PayPal Seller Protection covers eBay Express transactions that meet the program requirements. Shipping to an unconfirmed address will disqualify the transaction from PayPal's Seller Protection; however, PayPal will try to fight chargebacks even if the payment is not indemnified by the Seller Protection Program. We recommend that merchants evaluate the potential increase in sales from selling to more buyers against the risk of losing PayPal Seller Protection for some of those sales.
Tools to manage risks:
To decide on a sale-by-sale basis whether you will accept unconfirmed addresses, set your PayPal account to Ask me before accepting payments from unconfirmed addresses. Just like on eBay.com, shoppers can leave feedback even if the merchant rejects the buyer's payment.
To ensure you only do business with confirmed addresses, you can remove your listings from eBay Express using the My eBay Preference or Set your PayPal account to block payments from unconfirmed addresses. Get detailed instructions for making these changes to your PayPal account.
