After you complete a purchase, you’ll get the following confirmation information about your order:
You can also find the details and history of all your eBay Express orders in your account. The link to your account is at the top of every eBay Express page. Many eBay Express merchants will provide you with shipping information that you can access in the Order History section of your account. If you want to know more details about the shipping and delivery status of your purchase, you can also contact the merchant.
Changes in your order
Occassionally, there may be a reason for us to cancel your order. Usually, it’s because your payment method didn’t process completely or you selected a shipping address a merchant doesn’t ship to. We'll let you know if this happens and will give you the opportunity to buy a replacement item, if available. If you've purchased items from multiple merchants and there’s a change to only one of them, we’ll continue to process the rest of your order. Need more help?
