Leaving feedback for merchants
At eBay Express, you’ll find experienced merchants. Each merchant has a Feedback Score, which represents buyer feedback. Shoppers can tell the reliability of a merchant by the percent of positive feedback. When you complete a purchase on eBay Express, you’ll be asked to leave feedback for the merchant. We encourage you to leave feedback–reliable merchant feedback helps other shoppers make informed buying decisions. Slanderous, vicious or untrue comments are not permitted.
Leaving feedback for shoppers
Merchants can also leave feedback for shoppers. Feedback consists of a rating (positive, negative, or neutral), and a short comment.

Finding a Feedback Score
You can find a merchant’s Feedback Score, by viewing the Merchant Information box on the top right of the item page. Click the merchant’s User ID to view their Merchant Profile. The Merchant Summary includes their overall Feedback Score, positive Feedback, and comments from shoppers. Learn more about Feedback Scores. Need more help?
